Use of individual assessment strategies to meet the needs of children in early intervention programs and students with low incidence disabilities in schools. Emphasis on use of assessment tools and techniques to identify instructional needs, plan intervention and instructional programs, and measure impact on performance and well being. Candidate field work will generate artifacts to document performance of required competencies.
